#strengththroughstruggle

“Strength and growth come ONLY through continuous effort and struggle.”

What is FORTITUDE?

It is the strength of mind, body and soul to overcome struggle and adversity.

We all have struggles, obstacles, excuses, reasons to stay in bed, reasons to quit, people doubting us, etc...

But, we also all have reasons to get up and get to work. Reasons to keep going. Reasons to push.

It takes FORTITUDE to get up, put in the time, put in the effort, ruthlessly grind through those struggles and come out stronger on the other side.

Let's get to work.

THE PROGRAMS

Strength and conditioning! Push yourself and your body to the limits! Functional fitness has taken the world by storm over the last several decades and highly sought out for it’s overall benefits not only aesthetically, but functionally as well. Work on building strength and size with a progression model in place for your strength programming, while keeping that lean, mean and “beach ready” body with our paired conditioning pieces each training session.

Cycles last 4-16 weeks, training between 4-5 days per week with optional extra days.

FULL BODY FIT!

S & C

Our #1 followed program for overall body aesthetics and progression! Ditch the traditional body-part splits and single group mindsets for this full body program. You will focus on progressive overload, overall aesthetics and lean muscle growth with 1 single exercise per body-part, every training day!

Cycles are usually 6-12 weeks and 3-6 training days per week.

Strengthen, tone and grow that PEACH with this program! This program focuses on specific movements designed to shape and build your glutes and legs like never before! Of course we can’t neglect the rest of your body — so while you focus on your peachy goal, we’ll make sure you still work on toning and working out your other muscle groups as well!

Cycles are usually 4-12 weeks and 3-5 training days + optional conditioning work!

PPL

Peachy+

PPL programs have always been a favorite in the gyms! We take a popular split and pair it with different goals for each cycle. Whether you are attempting a new 1RM, leaning out for summer vacations, maintaining those goals you finally hit, or anywhere in between. These program micro-cycles change every 6-10 weeks based on the current emphasis.

PPL is 6 training days per week!
